Manu Vicente y Luis González llevan colaborando desde hace 12 años en diversos proyectos de Caballero Reynaldo, y en abril 2021 deciden iniciar un disco con toda la parsimonia del mundo. Dos años más tarde debutan con Utiel País Tropical, que incluye 10 canciones muy variopintas. Orquestado por Luis, con bases musicales de Manu y con textos del poemario de Aníbal González Ayora. Tres generaciones unidas en busca de la belleza imperecedera. En la fase final del proyecto se incorporan Luis Prado y Paco Tamarit con pinceladas de su buen hacer en forma de arreglos de teclado. Gera Vicente masteriza y Fermín Sarrión hace fotos y videos. De la bossa nova al country, del jazz fusion al pop, del rock al folk, un paseo por toda la música del siglo XX compuesto, grabado y producido con mucho mimo y a fuego lento entre 2021 y 2023. Lo presentan en directo con la incorporación de Diego Jiménez a la batería y el nombre genérico de LOS IMBÉCILES.

Manu Vicente and Luis González have been collaborating for 12 years in various projects of Caballero Reynaldo, and in April 2021 they decide to start an album with all the parsimony in the world. Two years later they debut with Utiel País Tropical, which includes 10 very varied songs. Orchestrated by Luis, with musical bases by Manu and with texts from Aníbal González Ayora's poetry book. Three generations united in search of everlasting beauty. In the final phase of the project Luis Prado and Paco Tamarit are incorporated with touches of their good work in the form of keyboard arrangements.
